Tasks:
HBI-ASCR works with CU-Prague
and IZ-SAS to undertake field
sampling at the Classification and Validation lakes in the
Slovakian Tatra Mountains. The chemical and microbial analysis of
soils and the microbial food web components of EMERGE are
co-ordinated at HBI-ASCR and protocols for methods for chemical
and microbiological analyses together with the organisation of a
methodical workshop are organised. Microbiological sampling and
analysis are carried out in Norway, Scotland, the Julian Alps, the
central Alps, Ticino, and the Retezat mountains.
