Tasks:

IZ-SAS is responsible with CU-Prague and HBSC-ASCR, for undertaking all field sampling at the Classification and Validation lakes in the Slovakian Tatra Mountains (30-50 lakes); for the analysis of epipelic and sediment diatoms; analyses from short core samples for Chironomids; littoral and profundal invertebrates; zooplankton; phytoplankton and assessment of trophic food webs.
